Yes indeed we have posted yet another banger with the title "You Can't Stop". To me this jam by David MC Pherson is better all the way through than John Davis's disco song of the same title which gets a little too disco at certain points. The David MC Pherson "You Can't Stop!" is pretty much a strait dub break with seriously awesome drums and effects. This track had to have been intended for breakers. What's interesting is that the rhythm although very jerky (suitable for popping and locking) is contrasted in places by more fluid and loose arrangements of congas and bongos which make it more accessible for strait breaking. The outcome is seriously hot drum track suitable for almost any kind of dance style. Surprisingly Iv never played it at 4 Hours Of Funk so with that said you can definitely expect to hear it at our upcoming parties!
